Only pay for what you need! You choose what you would like for deep cleaning to add to your standard cleaning service. See “Add on Service” below. Maid in Central Texas has the right to increase the price to your first clean if we believe it needs more than a basic clean.
MOVE IN/MOVE OUT SERVICE
What is Included:
Move in/out or Make Ready (includes standard cleaning items+, inside oven, inside & behind the fridge, inside of cabinets (when empty), clean interior windows, baseboards, sweep porches & garage. Home must be empty of all personal items.)
ADD ON SERVICE
What is Included (extras):
Use Chemical Free Products ( Green) (extra) $25
Clean Interior of oven $50
Clean interior of cabinets (when empty) $45
Clean interior of fridge/freezer $50
Dust and clean blinds (varies based on your square footage)
Clean interior windows (price based on number of windows)
Deep clean baseboard starting at $50 (varies based on your square footage)
Clean doors $5 dollars each door (clean on both sides)
Sweep front or back porch $12 each
Front door or back door (exterior) $14 each
